Edward Michael Olexa

Attorney Olexa, is one of the kindest and most reassuring men I have ever met, even with that said. He won't dance around your situation simply to make you feel better. He will state the facts as they stand for you. He will ensure you know every possible outcome of your case, even if it wasn't what y...ou wanted to hear. That's a strong testament toward his character and his legal knowledge. Even greater a testament is his attitude toward clients, he cares for those who employ him at a level above and beyond I had ever expected. I left my previous attorney to hire him as, my previous attorney met none of my needs, legal or personal. Attorney Olexa won't just meet your needs, he will go above and beyond them. Any question you have about your case, he or Dave will answer in a timely fashion. Attorney Olexa is highly regarded in the courts for solid reasons - He was once a DA, so he's seen the opposition. He knows the opposition and how they think. And that's his strongest point he's strategic. This is chess to him, and he has the considerable advantage of knowing how the opponent thinks. If you ever find yourself on the wrong end of the law, you can't do better than Ed Olexa & Co. And to those worried about prices, he's affordable. But even if he weren't, you can't attach a price to your freedom, and above all else that's what he's fighting for.

I simply can not find enough remarkable words to review Attorney Okexa and his staff. Attorney Olexa is absolutely the best lawyer I could ever find. When you need a lawyer, your first instinct maybe to look out of the Hazleton Area. I GET IT!!! I live in the Hazleton area. STOP LOOKING ELSEWHERE.... HE IS THE ATTORNEY YOU NEED AND WANT!!! I would choose Attorney Olexa over any lawyer anywhere. YOU should choose Attorney Olexa. He is absolutely amazing, he gives you a very good understanding of what your specific situation is and what or if you are up against anything. There is no BS. He truly knows the law. Simple as that. You are never given unexpected surprises, he is completely up front. His knowledge itself was enough to make him my choice for right lawyer we needed, but then I seen how hard he works and fights for his clients. The dedication he put into it never made me doubt my choice. His staff was absolutely lovely, and so kind and so understanding. His staff represents him, and they represent him flawlessly. If you are reading this, it's most likely you or a loved one needs a lawyer, I am writing this review for you. I know it's difficult, I know you may feel like you don't know what to do,or where to go. I was there, I was you. I don't put a lot of faith in many, I trust very few, I always believe everyone is out to make a quick buck right?? ..... WRONG!!! Attorney Ed Olexa is absolutely the lawyer you not only need , he is the one you want. I can not be more serious, stop looking and call his office and make an appointment, you will see what I am talking about. I promise you, if I did not believe this strongly I would not have written this review. This review is not just about giving Attorney Olexa a good review, this review is for anyone who needs a competent, hard working lawyer. He and his staff are very busy, but they truly make you feel like you are their only client.

I choose Ed Olexa because of his past experience as an assistant district attorney. As it would turn out, that knowledge is what led to the charges against me being disapproved. From the very beginning I was impressed with Ed. When a hearing was being set for my bail, Ed scheduled it so that I could ...finish my workday. When I got there just in time for my scheduled time, Ed had already had my bail set and I was released under my own recoganance, not having to post any money. When we got to the preliminary hearing, Ed tried to negotiate with my former employer who had brought the charges against me. They were not interested in any monetary resolution, just seeing me convicted to the fullest extent permitted. Ed knew there was a possibility the charges could be thrown out due to the amount of time that had elapsed from when the charges were initially filed. He advised me to waive my right to a preliminary hearing because if the charges were dropped, charges could be refiled and I would loose the best thing I had going for me in the amount of time. We did that, and when it moved forward to the district attorney, he disapproved the charges due to the amount of time that had elapsed. His stratagey due to his past experience as an assistant district attorney had paid off with the best possible result for me. Ed also worked with me in paying him in allowing me to make payments. I enjoyed talking to Kathy in his office when calling in my payments which actually that more enjoyable than you think. Thanks again Ed and staff.

Attorney Olexa went above and beyond for my husband and I. We had originally went with another lawyer who made our case more of mess then it already was. After 4 months of no progress and always negative communication we switch to attorney Olexa. Attorney Olexa was honest and upfront with his thought...s and suggestions. After taking the time to hear what we had to say he immediately started working on our case. By the second week of hiring attorney Olexa he has done more for us then we expected and gave us hope to resolving our case then we had during the first 4 months. Attorney Olexa was in for our best interest and worked really hard at getting the best result possible. He was prepared to fight at every angle that would have been thrown our way. When we were in doubt he always encouraged that everything will work out. We were being charged with felonies (3) each and was able to successfully complete our case with a no contest of disorderly conduct and have our kids reunited with us. We would recommend and highly suggest attorney Olexa. I would also like to add that his staff are very professional and are kind. Never made us feel like a stranger and always made us feel comfortable.
