I do not live in the Carbon County area, and I needed to hire an attorney to handle a criminal matter for a member of my family. Attorney Ed Olexa delivered on his promises. But even if he weren't, you can't attach a price to your freedom, and above all else that's what he's fighting for.

I simply can not find enough remarkable words to review Attorney Okexa and his staff. Attorney Olexa is absolutely the best lawyer I could ever find. His knowledge itself was enough to make him my choice for right lawyer we needed, but then I seen how hard he works and fights for his clients. The dedication he put into it never made me doubt my choice. His staff was absolutely lovely, and so kind and so understanding. His staff represents him, and they represent him flawlessly. I know it's difficult, I know you may feel like you don't know what to do,or where to go. I was there, I was you. In 2017 I had gotten a dui on thanksgiving for taking my prescription medication although I had not been drinking and at my destination I was charged with the highest tier DUI and with it being my 2nd, my first being 8yrs ago and the fact that I work in NYC and live in NJ, this was a very unique and ...difficult case but thankfully attorney Olexa was suggested to me. Attoney Olexa gave me the very best representation, helping and answering all the questions I had through the process, if he suggests that something will give you the best possible outcome I suggest listening to exactly what he says. He was able to have my charges dropped significantly lower, at one point, early on in the case I was looking at min. 90 days max 5 yrs house areest or jail. It was dropped to the lowest drinking DUI with a min. 5 days max 90, and was given 20 days house arrest and 6mo probation along with some classes and community service. Without attorney Olexa I would hate to even imagine what my outcome would have been and although my sentencing just happened on the 23rd and his job was over with, he made me feel comfortable in the sense that he said I can contact him at any point if I need help with anything or have any questions as I’ll be looking to try and have my probation transferred to NJ once my 20 days is up. Ed Olexa is by far the best representation in the area so if you’re in a difficult situation as I was and want the best lawyer in the area I highly suggest giving ed a call.
