Edward Michael Olexa

I went to Atty. Olexa after I got charger with PWID, use of telecommunication device for illegal activity, possession, and a slew of other felonies and misdemeanors. I was facing up to 15 years. As soon as I retained Olexa he immediately got started on having my case reheard by another judge, and get...ting house confinement lifted so I could return to work. Although he was pricey, I was able to pay half up front and go on a payment plan. I had another attorney prior to Olexa who gave me poor advice and botched my case. Olexa fixed all of it. On top of his awesome representation, his office staff (both named David) were always very nice and helpful when I had questions. Even though I had so many charges, they never treated me anything less than a client, and that made me feel comfortable too. Lastly, he was able to get all my charges dropped, except for one. I am not serving any jail time. I was truly blessed and appreciative that Google pointed me in the right direction!!

I have to say this upfront at first Ed seemed aloof and not too informative which had me worried at first. But I am a client who had been stopped for a DWI and refused to take a test which by law a guilty plea would have made me lose my license for a year plus do jail time. We chose to go to trial an...d that is when I realized how prepared Ed was. I read his notes and his practice questions and how much research he had done preparing for my case and was blown away. Needless to say verdict was not Guilty This man knows his job and does an unbelievable job in cross examination. He found so many inconsistencies in the officers testimony that he almost got the case thrown out.
