Attorney Olexa went above and beyond for my husband and I. We had originally went with another lawyer who made our case more of mess then it already was. I did allot of Due Diligence looking for the right Attorney to represent my Wife after she was involved in an auto accident and ticketed. We hoped to have this matter handled without having to make a trip back to the area and without having to plead guilty to the offense that she was ticketed for. ... Attorney Olexa and his very capable team handled everything exactly as we had hoped for from top to bottom. We received great Value, Communication and Service. I have to say this upfront at first Ed seemed aloof and not too informative which had me worried at first. But I am a client who had been stopped for a DWI and refused to take a test which by law a guilty plea would have made me lose my license for a year plus do jail time. We chose to go to trial an...d that is when I realized how prepared Ed was. I read his notes and his practice questions and how much research he had done preparing for my case and was blown away. Needless to say verdict was not Guilty This man knows his job and does an unbelievable job in cross examination. He found so many inconsistencies in the officers testimony that he almost got the case thrown out. The lack of communication at the start was not due to not caring about my problem but to the fact that he did not want to waste my money on needless conversations. I am from Tennessee..know alot of good lawyers in Tennessee, in fact alot of family members are good Lawyers...Sadly my Husband's mess up is in PA where i am not from., but If you are just going in front of a Magistrate...well, He would be okay i guess... But if you had to go infront of the Court of ...Common Pleas, You would be better off representing your self! was told 90 days in county "done deal". Turned into a State 1 to 2. How do you mess up what you tell me is a done deal and not at any time tell me there would be a possiblity of a 1 to 2. Total waste of Money.
