Warning: harassment, lawlessness, immorality, and unprofessionalism

Matthew Mobilio chose to contact me directly even though he knew that I was represented by counsel, whom HE copied on his email communication. This is a clear violation of Pennsylvania's Rules of Professional Conduct (4.2 Communication with Person Represented by Counsel). Matthew held himself out ...as an attorney who could represent a New Jersey-based client in a matter governed exclusively by New Jersey law and threatened to litigate this New Jersey matter—all the while knowing that he is NOT licensed to practice law in New Jersey and this matter has nothing to do with Pennsylvania law whatsoever. Matthew, when he was not violating the law, found the time to sleuth. He found my attorney's nickname—used by her friends and family—and used it to address and aggress her via email. Practicing law is a privilege, one which Matthew clearly does not respect or deserve. David Boies' words express it best and should be echoed as long as the practice of law exists: "Law is the instrument of justice. The ability to practice law, to represent individuals and organizations, is a privilege." Choose your attorney wisely, for not all attorneys are created equal. Sean Neither provided a consultation nor was hired.

Child Custody

I retained Matthew after the initial consultation. Within just a few minutes of speaking to him about my situation, I know he was the guy for the matter. We were able to reach an agreement in a complex custody matter at the first conference due to Matt’s aggressiveness and knowledge of the law. Hones...t, aggressive, caring, and has a rare spark that makes him stand out. Excellent attorney and a gentleman. 5 Stars!

Successful Termination of Parental Rights and Swift Adoption

From the warmth and caring to the precise legal advice, Matt Mobilio took on my adoption case with his eye on the goal of how to complete the adoption process with as little stress as possible in the minimum amount of time, while simultaneously submitting all the requirements to have parental rights ...terminated. It was not an easy case, but he made it seem that way. I cannot thank Matt enough for ensuring that my daughter was impacted by the process as little as possible and for reassuring me throughout it. I cannot recommend Matt enough. His expert handling of our situation combined with his high degree of professionalism makes him my "go to" lawyer for ANY legal needs I may have in the future.

Highly recommended!

I enlisted Matthews services for a child custody case and couldn't be happier with my experience! Matthew is a knowledgeable and skilled attorney who genuinely seems to care about helping his clients, which is so important in sensitive cases such as these. His prices are very reasonable, especially w...hen factoring in his flexibility- he was able to meet with us in the evenings at our home, allowing us to not have to take time away from work in order to meet with him. All of these things made the entire process much less stressful and much more convenient than I believe it would have been had we gone with another attorney, as I spoke with others before hiring him and nobody could offer the same flexibility and affordability as Matthew could. I went into court feeling very prepared and confident, and walked away satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Mobilio Law to anyone needing a family law attorney.

Corporate contract dispute

Matthew worked with my company to help resolve a contract dispute we had with a vendor. Matthew became very familiar with the facts of the case very quickly. He also became so familiar with the details that his understadning of the situation rivaled mine. I am a very hands on owner. Matthew prepared ...me very well for my deposition and was impeccably prepared to depose opposing witnesses. He was cleary the best pepared attorney in the room all day. In fact, his preparartion walked one of the witnesses right into a situation which lead directly to a timely and favorable settlement. In case it isn't clear already; I highly recommend Matthew.
