MY FATHER WRONGLY ACCUSED OF ASSAULT ON HIS GIRLFRIEND. CASE DROPPED

I hired Ms Roberts to handle my father's assault case. He's been with the same woman for 30 years but they're not married and she's got mental problems. She likes to injure herself or threaten to and then call the police. This time, she went too far, called her own kids and claimed my father was b...eating her. When the police got there, they seized a gun from the house (which my father rightfully owns and has a permit for) and then arrested him for "beating" her, even though all she had was a cut on her cheek. She told so many lies upon lies to different people but the police said they had to arrest on a domestic case. When we finally had the hearing a couple months later, the district attorney was very aggressive to push the girlfriend forward in testifying and was telling her that my father would always be an abuser. I had to intervene and let the district attorney know the whole story. But still she thought I was just defending my father out of loyalty. So Ms Roberts said we would have to do it the hard way and have a hearing. After 2 1/2 hours, the case was dismissed by the judge. The district attorney was mad and stormed out. But my father has restored his good name and his girlfriend is shown to be a liar. Thanks to Attorney Roberts. She predicted everything that would happen in this complicated situation exactly as it went down. Very experienced and explained everything to us. She asked me to write a review of her and I'm glad to do it. No hesitations--hire her!

THANKS KATE FOR GETTING MY DUI CASE DISMISSED!

I hired a different lawyer in the Lehigh Valley for my 1st DUI case--what a mistake. That other lawyer charged me a lot and then had me plead guilty. I got probation, but still, my license got suspended and I did my research and found out I could have gotten the same result without an attorney. THE...N, I get another DUI once I got off probation. Ooops. I read up on Kate Roberts and talked to 2 friends who used her as their lawyer for an assault case. She got felonies dropped down to misdemeaners for both of them and no jail, just probation. So I called her up on this DUI and she was great! She called me back the same day and we met up the following day. She SHOWED me the laws, and told me a few of her tricks she uses in court, which she said don't work in every case, but she demonstrated she has a lot of experience. I did a google search of her name before I actually hired her, and found a lot of newspaper articles about her from Allentown and all over the Lehigh Valley. Anyway, we had our 1st hearing in my case and there were some unusual things about the case, so the officer involved decided to dismiss the case. I was lucky and I told the cop I knew he was bending over backwards for me. Know what he told me? I'm doing this for your attorney because we've known each other a long time, not for you buddy. So......thank god I hired this woman!
