Lawyer par Excellence

When using a Criminal lawyer, the one thing required is a professional who knows the job, explains the scenario, offers the best options and does not lie. Also the main factor is that the lawyer has to be prompt and truthful when it comes to answering back. In every scenario, Kathryn Roberts, Esquir...e stands out as a Lawyer par excellence. She fights for you, believes in you and tells you upfront what to expect. She got me out of a bad situation and is very responsive and caring. She understands your emotions and handles things very efficiently. Goes through every little bit of information, however miniscule it might seem and even reprimands and scolds you if you make a mistake. She fought hard and did exactly as she promised avoiding a criminal charge and even a fine. She fought for me every step of the way and believed in me, which was a blessing. I trusted her and she upheld my trust. NOT GUILTY VERDICT IN MY SON'S TRIAL

Mrs. Roberts asked us to write her a review after she just won my son's trial with the jury. It went on for 3 days but she and my son spent 9 months preparing for the trial. I won't state my son's name (just the 1st name Joshua) so I don't embarass him but Mrs. Roberts you know who he is anyway. This... was in Northampton county. It was his 3rd DUI case but his 1st one was more than 10 years ago so it only counted as his 2nd case.My son didn't give his blood and he said he only had one beer when he was out with friends but then he rear-ended someone. He was insisting there was no way he was drunk for a dui case but of course no one believes you when you hit someone. SInce he didn't give his blood they were basing it off witnesses but then Mrs roberts got the camera footage and it showed my son as a young man looking pretty sober. So then police changed the story up a bit and came up with more "facts" claiming he did other things. Mrs roberts was able to show that one of those things wasn't true even though the other things were true and they still wouldn't drop the case so they ended up in a trial. It wasnt' cheap but it totally saved my son cause he wouldve lost his good job, gone to jail for at least 90 days and lost his license for at least a year and he has little kids to support. So we figured pay now for a lawyer and hope she can help or we all pay later when my son has a public defender instead of a lawyer and goes to jail and loses his job and we all have to pick up the pieces cause he's in jail. I didn't know mrs roberts before this case cause i never needed a criminal lawyer but a neighbor recommended her and we are so thankful that she didnt' give up fighting for my son. She will tell you the truth on if she can fight it and it will cost you to fight it all the way thru but totallly worth it for my son. Thanks again!

Hire Her !!!!!

Where do I start? Attorney Kate is great at what she does which is defending you. My pending charges were high (Felony Aggravated assault, Domestic violence). The police report did not have all of the information which unfortunately made me look bad. It almost seemed impossible to get any help and pr...ove my innocence. I spoke to multiple lawyers about my case and most of them seemed dismissive like it was over for me. Attorney Kate was the only one who really sat down to listen and weighed my options from worst case to best case scenario and never sugar coated anything. She knows the system and is also very educated in the law. Most importantly she was extremely personable and sympathetic to my situation which is not easy to come by in lawyers. I knew what was going to happen every step of the way and I was prepared each time. Also she is great at getting back to you when you call. Attorney Kate eventually got my case dismissed. DISMISSED! Fairly quickly. I am studying to be a nurse and she saved my career and proved my innocence most importantly.
