MANY THANKS MS. ROBERTS!!!

Hired her 3 years ago for a case with my son in the juvenile court and was so happy cause I shopped around a lot before I called her. She gave me a long explanation of the legal process in Lehigh county and told me a lot about how the judges think on certain kind of cases. My son isn't an angel bu...t the Da really wanted to stick it to him. Bottom line I hired her. She kept us up to date the whole time and I was very happy with the outcome for my son. Then 3 years go by and I find myself in trouble unfortunately with my ex who was claiming abuse. She told me that the courts don't always just believe whatever the woman says anymore and judges know that the ladies can manipulate the court system to get what they want..I was hit with domestic assault charges and I thought I was done but Ms. Roberts helped me realize I could fight this and the court system WOULD listen to me. My ex said everyone would believe her but Ms Roberts said just be patient and don't give in just to "get it over with". It's been a long process with the police and DA but it's almost over and I'm really happy with how the case has worked out. We had a little delay due to Covid 19 but that's Ok by me. Ms. Roberts got me the right result. More than happy to pay her fees and would recommend her highly if you wanna stay informed and have a lawyer who has a lot of inside information about what goes on in the courts.

Dui case and discharging a fire arm

Very happy with attorney Kate Roberts, would definitely recommend her services. I was looking at jail time,1 year license suspension and fines and I walked away with ARD program. I only received 1 month license suspension some fines and my case will be expunged plus she actually charged me half of t...he price other attorneys wanted me to pay. Great job on my case I really appreciate everything you have done for me. You are truly the best Thanks Kate!

Best Attorney Ever!!!

Was charged 2nd offense driving under DUI suspension facing mandatory 6 month minimum. I am speechless for Kate’s skills, talent, contacts, and confidence. This woman is AMAZING!!! I’ll spare the fine print on the details but walked away no jail, probation, or house arrest. Zero points on license and... no further suspension, only a fine that I paid on the spot. I will trust this woman with my life and cannot even express how awesome she is!! Any legal troubles again and she is the first I am calling. Thank you Kate.

Finally found a lawyer who truly cared

Hired this lawyer for my DUI case--my first in last 10 years but 3rd in the past 25 years. Other lawyers told me to get ready to do a year in prison (minimum), especialy cause I had an accident. But Attorney Roberts told me that there were some changes in the law on DUIs last year and that the cou...rts are still developing how they are handling the change so she said my case was a good one to use for a specific challenge. She told me the judge was very tough and not likely to agree with her argument but anyway, we ended up working out a deal with the police and DA that was so much better. I got 90 days in jail with work release and my wife was so happy because my wife is having twins next month. I'm not afraid to give my name here because I don't believe in being anonymous. Anyone can check and see that what I'm saying is real by looking up my case. Look for Sean Weiser in Lehigh County courts. If you have a DUI, you're crazy if you go to any other lawyer because Attorney Roberts is the best!!!

Wonderful lawyer and now a friend too

I hired Kate to represent my son for his DUI. I use her first name because after handling 2 different cases for us, I"m proud to say she's become a friend. My son is a senior at Lehigh U and doesn't need the aggravation of losing his license for too long but especially needs his record clear of any... black marks for the future. He had kind of a bad accident and we were told by numerous attorneys that he would not be eligible for ARD. Kate told us it will be a long process and we need to tread very lightly with certain personalities in the court system but that she thought she'd get him ARD......and she did. I'm ecstatic about that, especially because my son already had ARD 3 years ago for a minor drug possession charge. We were also told by other attorneys that ARD is once per lifetime or at least once in 10 years. She got us ARD anyway for this so we are incredibly thankful. And now my sister was charged with stealing from a store and after a long battle and many discussions, eventually they dropped the charges because although she was on video seen taking items and then walking out of the store, she didn't hide them but just had them in her hands while talking on her cell phone and absent-mindedly walking out. Kate said this is more common than you'd think. Stores never give people the benefit of the doubt (not to mention that my sister looks like a spaced out hippie) but Kate said don't worry and she was right!!! Kate knows that our family is not really a bunch of criminals and over time, we've come to be friends with her. She's coming to my baby shower next week! If you have any type of trouble with police and you want a very personalized experience with an attorney that knows all the players in the Lehigh Valley then I'd recommend her wholeheartedly.
