SHE GOT MY DUI DISMISSED YESTERDAY!!!!

Kate Roberts was referred to me by a friend of my older brother, who had a couple dui cases in the past couple years. I never hired a lawyer before but after I read the reviews on here for her I felt comfortable that she would be good. It was a 1st offense and I wasn't even sure if I needed a lawy...er cause i could probable just go on the ARD program that Pa has but I wanted her as my insurance that everything would go ok. When we went to court yesterday she got my dui case totally dismissed because the judge said it doesn't qualify for a dui. This was an amazing result because I thought I would be paying about 2-3K for this ard program and fines plus my lawyer fees and a license suspension. The police officer was kinda annoyed but the judge told him that my lawyer was right. The funny part is that the other lawyers I talked to a while ago said it wouldn't get dismissed even though I wanted to challenge it that it didn't qualify as a dui. So needless to say, I'm very pleased with Ms Roberts!!!!

Finally a lawyer I trust!!

My wife and I hired this lawyer after consulting with lawyers all over Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and even down to Doylestown because we live in Bucks County. Attorney Roberts is located in Allentown, but everyone we talked to knew her, even down in Doylestown and over in Easton. The main thing i...s that she's guided us through a total mess that could have gotten really out of control for our son. He is a student at Lehigh U and was going to graduate this spring. He was a straight-A student in pre-med until last summer when he got hooked on pain medications and everything went downhill....his grades, his girlfriend dumped him, he looked horrible, and he started gambling at the Sands Casino all the time. Next thing we get a call that he has pawned electronics at local pawn shops and had to show his ID and all the things were stolen from dorm rooms at Lehigh. Each time he did it, they charged another felony for burglarizing. At first the police and the district attorney didn't want to be too lenient even though he has no criminal record.....especially when they asked him to give urine tests and he kept not showing up for the tests and giving excuses. After a long struggle and a lot of arguing with out son, we have now worked out the case and our son is in rehab and doing better. He won't be going to jail and he hasn't lost everything he's worked for. But this is a message to all parents to be very vigilant with your college sons and daughters and don't think it can't happen to you because you raised a child that doesn't do drugs. We thought that about all our children til this happened. My wife and I are both very educated and we missed this problem completely. More important, if you need a criminal defense lawyer, this lawyer is superb. We had a lot of options and were willing to spend whatever it takes for our son to have good legal representation. Attorney Roberts charged us about half of what a few other very high-priced lawyers quoted us, and yet we feel that we got the very best representation so beware, the highest-priced lawyer isn't always the best one.

THIS WOMAN GOT ME OUT OF A MAJOR JAM......

I hired Attorney Kate Roberts actually after we read some reviews on here. I don't want to put other lawyers down so I won't get too specific about some others here but in Lehigh County, THIS IS THE ONE. I'm from Pittsburgh and I don't know any lawyers around in the Allentown area so I just went o...nline to see what's available. The issue in my case was that I got charged with driving under suspension after I was already suspended in the past for tickets and a DWI case out of state. The state police told me I was gonna lose my license for at least 3 years more AND I was going to jail because of getting charged again. Long story very short....after she talked to the police and got down to the nitty gritty on my Pendot record, turns out my driving suspensions even in the past weren't all valid cause Pendot messed up. She sat down with the state police officer and then she went back and forth til we got everything straightened out. I knew I would have to face some kinda penalty but I was trying to go backwards and finally get my license straightened out first. Kate Roberts is the first lawyer I've met who spent the time to figure this all out and believe me, I've had a few lawyers working on this over the years. My case wasn't a major crime or anything but I can't afford to go to jail and lose my job. She kept me out of jail AND got my license straightened out. I gave her extra money cause she did such a great job for me. No problem endorsing her and thanks again Attorney Roberts.

Great job on 3 separate cases--the best

We hired Attorney Roberts for one case 2 years ago (a DUI) in Northampton County. She got my husband into a program and helped him with his driver license suspension. We were very pleased with the result compared to the other attorneys we talked to, who said there wasn't anything they could do. It... took a very long time but Attorney Roberts got a good result. She also kept us in the loop and I appreciated that. Then later on my daughter who is a student at Lehigh University got charged with retail theft and since she's 18 it's in the adult court and we didn't want her to have a criminal record. There was a problem because my daughter had a prior shoplifting charge when she was 14 so they didn't want to give her a first offenders program but eventually Attorney Roberts got her that program and she got to keep her record clean. And now just a few months ago my sister was having a problem with Children and Youth Services in Easton because her newborn is not growing properly and they were blaming my sister for not feeding her or getting the baby to the doctor correctly. I hired Attorney Roberts to handle my sister's case (and I'll admit my sister has some issues but we don't want the baby taken away or put up for adoption). So after a long process in the courts we have the baby with us now and kept it out of foster care and my sister can have the baby back with her after she meets a bunch of requirements. We're so thankful that Attorney Roberts helped us through this whole process because it's scary how they can take a baby away from someone in the blink of an eye. I should have put up a review of Attorney Roberts a while ago but I just got around to it and I can vouch for what a super lawyer she is. Anyone who talks to other lawyers and then talks to her can see immediately the difference and that she is very careful in how she handles cases and pays attention.

She got my son out of SERIOUS trouble--saved his life!!!!

We retained Attorney Roberts after reading a lot of reviews of her on this website and then meeting with her. My son and his 2 idiot friends broke into an old farmer's house in Berks county and stole a bunch of guns, then ended up selling on the street to some criminals in Reading. My son and his f...riends were charged with gun charges by federal agents. We didn't know anything about the federal system or what he was facing and when we found out that they have all this mandatory sentencing for any cases with guns, we got scared real fast. Attorney Roberts kept him out of prison and on bail while the case was going on but she told us that for sure, he was going to jail for quite a while once he got sentenced by the judge, even if he pleaded guilty. The federal judge was in Philaelphia named Judge Stengel and Attorney Roberts told us the judge could do whatever he wanted with the sentencing but the sentencing guidelines for his crimes were for about 16-17 years!!!! She said there's no way she could just get the judge to give him probation but that we should do all we can and give it our best shot at the sentencing. Well....he did get probation, which shocked the heck out of everyone in my family. We had everything set up for him to be going to prison for maybe 10 years or more. But the judge told everyone that he was so impressed with how my son had turned things around. And one of the people in the courtroom that works there actually said afterwards that Attorney Roberts had done one of the best jobs he'd ever seen by a lawyer for a sentencing. My son got 5 years probation and now he can be home to help his wife with their kids, one of which is very mentally and physically disabled. Attorney Roberts is our savior and we are so glad we found her. We were right to check her references on here and elsewhere they were right on the money. I told her if she ever needs ANYTHING from me, just call me and I'll will help her because we can't really thank her enough.
