VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND EXPLAINS THINGS

We hired Kate Roberts from a recomendation of my husband's boss. Our son goes to Muhlenberg College and got a DUI last year during Covid. It was based on a very tiny amount of alcohol plus that he had marijuana in his system even though he told he'd smoked a little bit of marijuna at a party a few we...eks before the police pulled him over. Who knew you could get a DUI for that, even when he wasn't showing signs to be intoxicated enough for a DUI and the cop told us that???? The DA apparently overruled the cop and said yes, even though he wasn't showing signs of intoxication his blood level has marijunana and it's a DUI automatically. ........bet lots of people don't know that either. Kate spent a really long time explaining all the ways a DUI can happen and really educating us. We appreciated that because we consulted with several lawyers before calling her and they were quoting us alot of money but also not nearly taking the time to explain it all in a detailed way. Guess lawyers think non-lawyers wouldn't understand. Anyhow Kate was really nice about my numerous questions and helped our son get through this without jail and not get kicked out of school. We are forever grateful.

Wonderfull for PFAs

Just hired Ms. Roberts for 3RD time in a PFA case cause my ex thinks she can file a contempt on me and make up a bunch of lies and get away with it. Kate won the 1st 2 PFA contempt cases so I hired hired her again of course. She rocks!!! She explained what kind of evidence the judge will consider a...nd how to use it in court without getting objecting. I already referred a bunch of people to her on some other little cases in criminal courts. No one told me anything but great response and the biggest thing is that she's HONEST and tells you like it really is and whats gonna really happen. So far she's 3 out of 3 in telling me how the case is gonna go. Awesome attorney!

MANY THANKS MS. ROBERTS!!!

Hired her 3 years ago for a case with my son in the juvenile court and was so happy cause I shopped around a lot before I called her. She gave me a long explanation of the legal process in Lehigh county and told me a lot about how the judges think on certain kind of cases. My son isn't an angel bu...t the Da really wanted to stick it to him. Bottom line I hired her. She kept us up to date the whole time and I was very happy with the outcome for my son. Then 3 years go by and I find myself in trouble unfortunately with my ex who was claiming abuse. She told me that the courts don't always just believe whatever the woman says anymore and judges know that the ladies can manipulate the court system to get what they want..I was hit with domestic assault charges and I thought I was done but Ms. Roberts helped me realize I could fight this and the court system WOULD listen to me. My ex said everyone would believe her but Ms Roberts said just be patient and don't give in just to "get it over with". It's been a long process with the police and DA but it's almost over and I'm really happy with how the case has worked out. We had a little delay due to Covid 19 but that's Ok by me. Ms. Roberts got me the right result. More than happy to pay her fees and would recommend her highly if you wanna stay informed and have a lawyer who has a lot of inside information about what goes on in the courts.

SAVED my brother's life!!!!!

I hired Ms Roberts from reading these reviews because we didn't know how to find a good attorney and just started looking around. It was for my stepbrother who got charged with aggravated assault because he got a DUI/DWI and the other people in the other car that he hit were very injured. I knew it... was gonna be an uphill battle because no one in the court system had a lot of sympathy for my stepbrother since he was intoxicated while driving....even though he didn't plan to hurt anyone and plus the driver of the other car was also intoxicated....complicated to say the least. After more than a year of court hearings we got a result that saved my brother from state prison and gives him some peace. Ms Roberts met with my brother about 6 or7 times in her office but she also kept him informed with emails and calls promptly which is something that not all lawyers do! I don't know how your rating system works here but in my book she's a 10 because she did everything we asked for and was honest about what the options were the whole way. Thank you thank you thank you Ms Roberts!!!

SHE PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAILS

This attorney specializes in DUI cases and I sent my boyfriend to her 2 years ago and then I got a dUI myself and of course I went back to her. Ms Roberts explains everything so well and really takes the time which I appreciated because the other lawyers I called could barely be bothered with me and... wanted a lot of money. I paid her 2,000 for my DUI case which I thought was very reasonable since other lawyers were charging double that. My boyfriend never wrote a review for her but he should have done it because she really got him a huge break too when he had his case 2 years ago. We didn't have expectations that our charges would suddenly go away but just that out lawyer would stay in touch and keep us informed and take our calls. Ms Roberts called me back when I called her every time within 24 hours and usually within a couple hours. I've already recommended her to 2 different friends and she's the only person I would trust. Plus she doesn't talk down to me like a lot of lawyers seem to do.
