David Kennedy Bifulco

After being sued by an original creditor, I contacted an attorney with the express purpose of defending the lawsuit to get out of paying the debt. Most of the attorneys I spoke to told me something along the lines of "don't tell me if it's really your account as ignorance is bliss; I will argue the ...merits of the creditors' paperwork, and these original creditor cases are difficult to beat, but I have about a certain percentage win rate so you 'could' win." Despite those claims, something did not sit well with me. On a whim, I reached out to David Bifulco and he was completely honest about these original creditor cases, the effects of a judgment on my credit report, and his own personal dealings with the lawyers working for the original creditor (Capital One, in this case). After having a thorough discussion with David, I decided to retain him and go the route of being responsible and actually owning up to paying my debt instead of trying to use a bunch of different tactics to avoid it. David negotiated a tremendous two-payment lump sum deal for me, even convincing the creditor to give me three months before I started my payments to allow me to get the funds together to pay off the debt. And when I was sued by Capital One for another card I had, David again negotiated a tremendous deal that allowed me to make those two payments after I concluded payments on the first account. Even more, David worked with the creditor to withdraw both cases on the basis of me following through on my agreements, which the creditor actually did; I never had to go to court! No judgements (unless I don't pay); nothing on my credit report, and once my settlement payments are made, my score will likely even go up since a monthly charge-off will stop reporting. I will be honest; my first thought upon being sued was to deny all, fight, and shirk all responsibility for my debt. That changed upon speaking with David who was seriously upfront, honest, and confident in helping me to get on a schedule to make the payments without going into further debt. For what it's worth, know that David actually answers his own phone (I have always contacted him on his cell phone), returns all calls (I've called him a lot; I often have a lot of questions), and will double-check an issue and follow up with you if it appears something does not sit well with him. He has helped me a great deal! I feel so much relief and will be calling on David in the future to settle other debts.

David Kennedy Bifulco I am actually speechless, I reached out to David a few days ago through Linkedin explaining my situation which was a mini vacation out to Las Vegas with my girlfriend. My girlfriend and I thought it be a great get away for 3 days and lots of fun. Of course in Vegas it seems to... be common to say to each other while were here lets get married so we did... Apparently returning back to Pennsylvania my new wife packed up a few belongings and disappeared on me for the next several days stating she cant believe were married and I need a break to figure this all out and then nothing for several days later. My anxiety rose to a point where I reached out to David since the residential home I just bought last May and any other of my assets could be in jeopardy now that I am married with no prenuptial agreement and a missing wife. What really impressed me the most with reaching out to David K Bifulco was after a few days of me investigating and reaching out to this other firm for an annulment was the fact David reached back out to me asking how are things going with the annulment and firm he put me in touch with... sorry to say I do not know too many lawyers that simply provide consultation with his expert advise provided to me and come back a couple days later and follow up with me as David with me. I told David everything looking good and I couldn't thank him enough. Then the next anxiety attack hit me when all the legal documents from Nevada were sent to me. I messaged him again thanking him but with concern I am now holding eight sheets of legal documents that look like gibberish to me. Talk about professional and thorough David said relax send me all your documents he provided me with his personal but business email and said give me a day to review them for you. Apparently knowing I am in distress, I do believe that same day he took the documents home with him and looked them over and got back to me not a day later but just a few hours later that same day!!! My home my assets being of major concern and my new wife abandoning me 2 days after getting married had cringing if I just made the biggest mistake in my life and If I have just gave away my new home and assets to a woman I love and cared about but just abandoned me after 2 days after being married. I do not know what to say David went through all the documents voluntarily stating to me I look them over and came back with in hours assuring based on the documents and the format that there was nothing to worry about. Folks this was a consultation and based on the information I provided not only did David direct me where he thought was best a firm in Nevada he continued to stay in touch till the end. Today 8/3/2016 because of David and finally making communications with my wife we have filed joint annulment and are having the documents signed and notarized this afternoon!!!
