I was being sued by a previous credit card company and had no idea what to do. I looked around for lawyers and found David online. Having no idea what I was doing or what the process was, David was so helpful right from the get-go. He told me what was going to happen and said he would try to negot...iate the balance down and he said no promises, but he would try his best. He negotiated my balance down to almost half of what I owed! He took care of everything and made it so easy and smooth sailing!

Having gone through both an ugly divorce and contentious probate, I'm very skeptical when it comes to contacting legal professionals... However, David Bifulco surprised me with a very helpful consultation that didn't turn into a sales pitch for a retainer. In fact, David recommended I NOT hire him... and instead use that money toward settling a debt that I was "not going to win" based on his knowledge of the judge, legal firm, and circumstances of my case. I could be wrong to generalize, but my experience has been that lawyers tend to promise you the moon for a retainer, and only let you know there's nothing they can do after that money is gone. And though I did not hire David, he still followed up with a detailed e-mail that summarized my situation and included contact information for a recommended lawyer for a different matter I inquired about. I couldn't be any more satisfied with my consultation with David Bifulco.

A civil complaint was recently filed against me over a credit card debt. I contacted Mr. Bifulco after reading some online reviews of his legal services. He got back in touch with me almost immediately. After so much time worrying, our phone conversation put me at ease. Within a few days a settlemen...t agreement was made. The amount I owed had decreased, and I was put on a payment plan that was much more manageable for me. I also no longer had to worry about appearing in court. I am very happy with the service provided by the office staff as well as David Bifulco. I called him on a Thusday in regards to a court hearing requiring a list of 21 things I needed to present for a judgement on a credit card case in a matter of 2 weeks. I went into David's office on Monday and f...ound out that there was an emergency and he had to leave the office, I left a check as well as the documents needed for my case and expected a call on Monday. I got a call from the office staff telling me that I did not need to come in to see David and that he would be giving me a call later that evening. As he promised he did make a phone call and we talked for a good 15 minutes as he listened and understood my situation. David showed empathy as well as giving good advice. By Tuesday afternoon I got a phone call telling me that the case was closed and I no longer had to pay an ungodly amount of credit card debt that I actually tried to work out with them to begin with. I hired David the day that I first spoke with him and without hesitation, as he was very knowledgeable and very professional as well as personably friendly!
