Pennsylvania's Best Lawyer

Leo Howell is honestly the best lawyer I have had in Pennsylvania. He made the unthinkable happen. He got he better than the best case scenario to happen. He is beyond educated at what he does. He has an amazing repport with many important people in the Lehigh and North Hampton area making the things... he can offer much more likely. He is straight forward and extremely trust worthy. He is also extremely organized and always on his A game. Leo Howell will never leave you hanging. I was always able to keep in constant contact with him. I would also like to say his prices especially for the miracles he pulls off are absolutely amazing, I have dealt with lawyers in the past that charged ridiculous amounts of money and did not even come close to achieving the goals we had laid out. Not only is he so reasonably priced because of my bad experience with a lawyer before him I had doubts in the beginning but he was so confident he said " If you feel you can get better representation some where else I will gladly give back your money to do so " I had never heard a lawyer say that before and I knew its because he's not all about money and he is that good at what he does. The end results were so perfect I could not have been more happy that I stuck with him and I highly recommend him. Driving Under a Suspended License DUI Related

Attorney Leo Howell was able to get my charge changed from a 1543B to a 1511. I was looking at a year license suspension and jail time. He was able to work out a deal for just a citation. Case paid and closed. He is excellent to deal with and very easy to communicate with! Highly recommended!!!

Leo kept me out of jail.

As a business owner, I drive for a living and need to keep my driving record clean. Went through a rough spot in 2013 and got a DUI. Not having a choice, I kept driving on a suspended license and got pulled over. Leo walked me through a difficult situation and kept me from jail time. DUI’s are a mone...y making scam, Leo knows the system, the angles and the judges. I walked away with a small fine. I will continue to call on Leo for all my legal matters. Leo is a straight shooter. He will tell you right up front how to approach each situation. I’ve hired some crappy lawyers in the past. I only call Leo for all my legal issues.

Criminal Defense Case - Attentive, Aggressive, and Persistent

Attorney Howell took my case and laid out the options I had. He provided his recommendation on a route to take, we pursued it, and the case was quick and dismissed.
