when i first met Nick i was in the courthouse telling a lady i need help getting custody of my son cause he was in a really bad situation with his mother, Nick passed me his card, looked right at me and said 'ill take care of it', 4 days later i had custody! This is now over 2 years later and i stil...l have custody! i use to be nervous going to court, now i go in there with complete confidence and a smile on my face knowing the outcome will be just fine! i have recomended Nick to a few people and the got the same results i did, i would certainly recomend Nick to anyone who needs a good lawyer!

Nick Wachinski made an appointment to come to speak with my parent when we called him, but the guy never showed up, nor did he call to explain. He did not respond to later phone calls (we were intending to allow him to provide an explanation and, believing everyone is human and fallible, would have s...imply accepted his explanation and made another appointment with him). As we later found out, he left the law practice where we initially did business with him (he was paid immediately and there were no problems that time), and he was working with another practice. There is really no excuse for unprofessional, cavalier behavior in an attorney, especially when dealing with an elderly, terminally person.

He is one of the most arrogant and obnoxious individuals I have ever met. He was NOT on my side. All he cared about was billable hours. He strutted in the courtroom like a peacock, which actually angered the judge. Because of his non-compromising attitude and his arrogance, the judge ruled agains...t me. I would never recommend him for anything.
