My grandson's mother filed a PFA against our son when he told her she needed to move out of his home. Not having a place to live she decided to file a PFA against him and include his son. This meant he needed to move out of his home and could not see or speak to his son. Nick gave very sound advice a...nd helped get the fraudulent PFA against my son vacated by the judge. If you’re considering hiring Nick Wachinski, I strongly recommend you think twice. We paid him for what should have been a simple custody modification, and over a year later we’re still waiting. Excuses, delays, and silence were the norm. The last thing we heard was that he’d be getting us a court... date… that was months ago.
