My grandson's mother filed a PFA against our son when he told her she needed to move out of his home. Not having a place to live she decided to file a PFA against him and include his son. This meant he needed to move out of his home and could not see or speak to his son. Nick gave very sound advice a...nd helped get the fraudulent PFA against my son vacated by the judge. She tried to get Domestic Violence to represent her and after speaking to several attorneys in their office they wouldn't represent her. I am thankful that Nick was able to get the PFA vacated and that everyone including the judge realized that this was about her being able to stay in his home and that there was no evidence of abuse. Without Nick this could have been very devastating for our son and grandson. I couldn't be more thankful for Nick's help and guidance.

Earlier this summer, my son’s mother filed a fraudulent PFA after I gave her a notice to vacate my home. I had caught her with her pants and underwear around her knees about to urinate in my room, seeing as she already urinated in my car this was the last straw. None the less, for 31 days my son was trapped with his mother unable to see me, and my home that I owned solely was stolen from me. I called Nick and he immediately started working on my behalf. Do not hire this lawyer if you value communication and doing things the right way. He represented my ex when I filed a PFA and he advised my ex's family to trespass in our shared home without my knowledge, despite my ex being evicted and me having temporary full possession of the home. He then dodge...d calls and emails when I questioned this further. Nick believes he is above the law and that rules don't apply to him, his DUI convictions support that stance. Everything about him is shady, literally hire any other lawyer before even considering Nick Wachinski.

Nick is a terrible human being. He willingly entered into a relationship with a married young woman with two children while being married himself. He then advised this young woman to file a PFA against her loving husband on a Friday so that he would be served over the weekend and told her to leave w...ith her children in the middle of the night. Anyone that has been sanctioned twice by the Bar Association and has two DUI's on his record is not someone that I would take legal advice from.
