Earlier this summer, my son’s mother filed a fraudulent PFA after I gave her a notice to vacate my home. I had caught her with her pants and underwear around her knees about to urinate in my room, seeing as she already urinated in my car this was the last straw. Angered that she had lost her cheap pl...ace to live she went to the courthouse to file a PFA that as it turned out even Domestic Violence refused to support her in. None the less, for 31 days my son was trapped with his mother unable to see me, and my home that I owned solely was stolen from me. I called Nick and he immediately started working on my behalf. He was attentive, detail oriented and genuinely cared about helping me get my son back. In the end Nick represented me professionally and intelligently getting the PFA order fully vacated. The day I got my son back we both had tears in our eyes as my son told me it was the worst month of his life. That would not have been possible without Nick. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Do not hire this lawyer if you value communication and doing things the right way. He represented my ex when I filed a PFA and he advised my ex's family to trespass in our shared home without my knowledge, despite my ex being evicted and me having temporary full possession of the home. He then dodge...d calls and emails when I questioned this further. Nick believes he is above the law and that rules don't apply to him, his DUI convictions support that stance. Everything about him is shady, literally hire any other lawyer before even considering Nick Wachinski.

If you’re considering hiring Nick Wachinski, I strongly recommend you think twice. We paid him for what should have been a simple custody modification, and over a year later we’re still waiting. Excuses, delays, and silence were the norm. The last thing we heard was that he’d be getting us a court... date… that was months ago. We’re now exploring our options, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Steer clear.

If this is the same person that practiced in Media PA I urge you to stay far far away! Our experience was abhorrent! Many promises were made and none were kept. Meetings and court dates were cancelled due to his "schedule conflicts" with no regard whatsoever for his client. We wasted so much vacation... time and lost work time, all for naught! We were later assigned another lawyer from the firm who was no better; suggesting we settle for a minuscule fraction of what we were after. My wife finally "fired" him and represented herself, winning her case and receiving nearly the full amount of what she was seeking!
