The most crucial choice I ever made was the decision to go for custody of my seven-year-old son. It was a decision that I did not take lightly. My divorce lawyer told me to get the divorce first, and then work toward mandated visitation – he also indicated that I would have little or no chance of bei...ng awarded primary physical custody.
