My thank you letter to Tim and his staff says it all

I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the efficiency, enthusiasm, and effectiveness with which you responded to me as your client. Your outstanding service exemplifies exceptional professionalism, teamwork, and dedication to your customers. Every form o...f correspondence was handled with extreme attentiveness, accuracy and thoroughness as you pointed out many omissions in the agreement my X's lawyer drafted that would have left me high and dry without your consultation through the process. I will highly recommend your firm to any of my friends and family. Again, my deepest appreciation for your efforts!

I have used Tim for a number of legal issues over the last six to eight years and I have always been very well taken care of. Also I have given many of my friends recommendations to see Tim and they have all reported satisfaction. Tim has alway kept my and my families best intrest in mind and I app...reciate that.

Highly Recommended!

Mr. Reese was always there to answer my questions and took the time to explain each step of the divorce process. He was always prepared for our visits to Domestic Relations and our Court visit and always acted in my best interest. He kept me well informed through the process. While the divorce pro...cess is not a pleasant thing, having a competent lawyer that cares is invaluable.

Great lawyer for child custody.

The most crucial choice I ever made was the decision to go for custody of my seven-year-old son. It was a decision that I did not take lightly. My divorce lawyer told me to get the divorce first, and then work toward mandated visitation – he also indicated that I would have little or no chance of bei...ng awarded primary physical custody. In fact, he indicated I shouldn’t even try. Once the divorce was granted, things went from uncomfortable to acrimonious on the part of my ex. She did what she could to alienate my son against me, and was not supportive of his educational needs. I realized that I needed to take steps to protect my son. And, I knew my former attorney was not who I wanted at my side. After doing extensive research, I found the offices of Reese, Samley, Wagenseller, Mecum and Longer. From the moment I was ushered into the office of Timothy Reese, I knew my case was in good hands. Mr. Reese was the utmost professional from the beginning. He really listened to me and then he fully described the process I would have to go through. He made sure I knew that trying to get custody was an uphill battle. He used an analogy of building a wall. Each brick in the wall supports the foundation of our case. Some bricks would be small and others big. During the entire process Mr. Reese was always responsive to requests and timely in his responses. We caucused together to build our case. Mr. Reese’s attention to detail, knowledge base and experience proved unassailable. His calm demeanor, thoughtful advice and sense of humor pulled me through the dark days. I could not have asked for a better partner – and, as the weeks passed I was pleased with the caring and support from the entire office. In the end, I was awarded full legal and physical custody of my son. Our future looks very bright indeed. Mr. Reese’s years of practice and experience were invaluable to our case. Could we have won without him? Maybe. But I wouldn’t want to try it.

Looking Out For Me

Tim worked with me throughout a very long divorce process...some of that by my choosing. I felt from the beginning that he was watching out for me. He provided valuable information to me and made recommendations on what he thought was my best course of action, at the same time allowing me to take m...y time and do what I thought was best for me. I felt that Tim had a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience and at the same time cared about my thoughts and feelings and how I would like to move forward throughout this five year process. Tim was always in my corner...something that had a tremendous amout of value to me.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
