The Pennsylvania Supreme Court affirmed lower court decisions in favor of our client, Tim Watts, holding that in a case where parents have equal custody a school district must provide transportation fo ... r the child from father's residence as well as the mother's home. The parents are not required to choose a residence for transportation purposes and the school district cannot require the child to walk from the father's home to a bus stop at the mother's residence which was more than a mile and a half away. The decision affirm the result from two lower courts both of which had found in favor of our client.
