Susan advises clients in a broad range of family law issues including complex property division, support and custody matters. As a former Special Divorce Master for the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Susan presided over divorce master hearings and issued master’s decisions. She brings to the representation of her clients a unique perspective by combining her experiences as a divorce master with more than 40 years of experience as an attorney to help navigate her clients through extremely difficult and challenging. In January 2026 she joined the Lancaster office of McNees Wallace and Nurick after decades of leading the family law practice at a Lancaster-based firm.

I am very happy with Susan and her advocacy on my behalf. She has helped make a complicated divorce...

I was scared and nervous because I'm not a fighter. I didn't want to lose what I worked my whole life for. Susan was so patient and kind to me and she helped me understand all my rights. She fought for me when I had nobody else. She went above and beyond all that I asked of her. She was tough as nai...
"An extremely talented and well respected attorney in the legal community, I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a lawyer who knows the law and truly cares about protecting the rights of her clients and getting them the most favorable result possible."
"I endorse this lawyer. Susan Grosh is a competent and experienced attorney who serves the best interests of her clients. Unlike some attorneys who exacerbate the often emotional nature of family law cases, she is always open to resolution in a dignified and logical way, saving her clients significant fees and personal turmoil."
"Susan Grosh is an excellent attorney. She is a fierce and sensitive advocate for her clients and is extremely knowledgeable about the law. At the same time, she is always ethical and professional. She has my highest recommendation."
