I contacted Randall after my Union's Legal Services hotline referred me to him through a Philly law firm. I was injured in an auto collision caused by an elderly driver who obviously should not have been behind the wheel. My symptoms did not appear at first, gradually affecting my ability to use my... dominant arm, and I continued to work for several months. Through my consultation with Randall, I decided to have surgery which was recommended on my cervical spine and to hire him to represent me in tort vs. the at-fault driver. My recovery took over a year before I was released from care, and at that point we started the claim process. The other driver's insurance carrier did not initially appear to want to accept responsibility for my injuries despite the police report and my transport via ambulance to the ER from the scene. They tried to state that my career as a glass worker in heavy construction caused my condition. Through Randall's very thorough presentation of my prior medical, employment and earnings records, as well as the facts and ultimate result of my treatment (I am not able to return to my position due to permanent nerve damage) was able to secure the maximum recovery for my claim. I have very high praise for the skills, patience, demeanor and ethics of Mr. Justice and not only would use him again without hesitation for any legal situation, but would go as far as to say I consider him a friend.
