About Randall
Biography
When I was a teenager, my family lost our home in a fire. Their insurance company refused to pay for the loss without any adequate reason to do so. They essentially dared my parents, two strong but simple people, to take legal action. My parents consulted with several small town lawyers who did not think they could prevail against an army of insurance lawyers. So my parents, after years of heartache, accepted a small settlement from the insurance company because it was better than nothing. This after years of my parents paying insurance premiums for the coverage so that it would be there if and when they needed it. The insurance company took their money and then bankrupted them. I always knew I wanted to be a lawyer but it was then that I decided what kind of lawyer I wanted to be. I have dedicated my career to holding people and their insurance companies accountable for wrongdoing that harms others.
