I have used Mr. Blevins services twice for real estate transactions. Both transactions went extremely well, and all paperwork was very clear and correct. Mark and Jane Blevins were a pleasure to work with. They handled my disabled aunt's will, POA, and estate settlement after the sudden death of her husband. I have worked with Mark on Wills/POAs/MPOAs and a refinancing settlement. In all cases, Mark has been very helpful and easy to work with. He explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand, gives great advice, and he bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. For our Wills/POAs/MPOA...s, Mark sought to understand our wishes and then advised us on how to best set that up in our documents. The entire experience was convenient for my wife and me, as Mark was able to complete the documents with fact-finders, a few phone calls, and two face-to-face meetings. For my refinancing settlement, Mark worked behind the scenes with a less-than-organized lender. The process had to be difficult for him, but he didn't let it show to me. Then, he came to my house after normal business hours to review and sign the documents. Not only will I use Mark's services again, but I will also recommend him to family & friends.
