In addition to being an attorney, I also hold the license of title agent and am able to conduct real estate closings/settlements and am a licensed real estate broker.
During the Covid pandemic, and as of May 19, 2020, Governor Wolf is allowing real estate transactions, even in yellow and red counties, using social distancing, limiting attendance at closings, and pressing for the use of all possible remote closing techniques. As a title agent, I am open and available to conduct real estate closings.
I am a graduate of Lampeter-Strasburg High School and have four sons who all graduated from Penn Manor High School.
