Mark was excellent through the entire process. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, considerate, and thorough. He explained every step of the process and included all the options. He followed up with every concern and made sure that I was comfortable with each action we took through the process. While... this was an emotional process for me, he was there to answer any questions. Even after the procedure was completed, he took the time to answer questions even three years later. He truly was the best choice for me.

I have worked with Mark on Wills/POAs/MPOAs and a refinancing settlement. In all cases, Mark has been very helpful and easy to work with. He explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand, gives great advice, and he bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. For our Wills/POAs/MPOA...s, Mark sought to understand our wishes and then advised us on how to best set that up in our documents. The entire experience was convenient for my wife and me, as Mark was able to complete the documents with fact-finders, a few phone calls, and two face-to-face meetings. For my refinancing settlement, Mark worked behind the scenes with a less-than-organized lender. The process had to be difficult for him, but he didn't let it show to me. Then, he came to my house after normal business hours to review and sign the documents. Not only will I use Mark's services again, but I will also recommend him to family & friends.
