Mark Lewis Blevins

Mr. Blevins was hired to assist in the probate process. He was paid $4,100.00 upfront. Over a 2 year period... accounting errors were made... Simple requests to have copies of filed court documents mailed or emailed to administrator were entirely ignored... The law firm (Mark and his wife Jane) wer...e contacted 18 times via email/voicemail over a 3 week period requesting verification of funeral luncheon receipt sent to them from another heir, Not 1 single call/email was returned... Everyday of the week their website states the office is OPEN... but they are never there... and no one ever answers the phone... this was common even long before the coronavirus restrictions. By this point, We had lost all confidence in Mark and his wife and felt forced to find a different attorney (at additional cost) to close out the estate.

Mark and Jane Blevins were a pleasure to work with. They handled my disabled aunt's will, POA, and estate settlement after the sudden death of her husband. This was a difficult time and the Blevins' were extremely patient and kind during the proceess. They were also very knowledgeable and informativ...e about the PA estate tax system and gave excellent legal advice. I would highly recommend the Blevins team for legal work.
