Does not communicate with Incarcerated Petitioners

I was appointed Mr Dougherty for my PCRA while I was incarcerated at SCI-Mahanoy. He reached out a couple times via scheduling telephone conference. He never kept his word. He would tell me he was going to get back to me within the month via a letter but it never would come. He filed things on my beh...alf without consulting me or notifying me. I would call his office to relay messages but would never hear back. This was during the few times someone would actually answer the phone. I would write letters and never receive a response. Plain and simple, it took me serving my sentence and being released for me to be able to write him via email and he still hasn't responded. He didn't have to take the case. The court of common pleas didn't force him. If he couldn't handle it he should've not taken it or passed it off. I will be filing a complaint with the board of disciplinary regarding him violating the rules of professional conduct.
