I consulted with Mr. Landis in the office for over an hour. Don't be intimidated by seeing him because some attorneys will give you an answer you don't want to hear or be rude., but not Mr. Landis. Went to consult with him for my Unemployment Appeal with the Referee. He was very friendly and actua...lly LISTENED to you, and wasn't even biased like some attorneys are. Saw him very quickly and he would've represented me even though my hearing was in less than a week from when I saw him. If I had the extra money to retain him, I would've in a heartbeat. Don't ever go to an Appeal Hearing by yourself like I did, because you don't know if your employer will show up.
