Durable Power of Attorney

Mr. Landis prepared and executed a Durable Power of Attorney for me and my sister on behalf of our elderly, but still competent mother. The POA is comprehensive, in complete accordance with my mother's instructions and fully compliant with New Jersey law, where she resides. Mr. Landis was especial...ly sensitive as he explained the process to my mother and prepared the documents in a timely fashion. We were completely satisfied with his work and would engage his services for any future legal requirement.

Sound advice and genuine professional

I have known Matt for a very long time and he was naturally my first choice when I found myself in a predicament over a damage incurred to rented equipment that I had signed a waiver on.
