Laura McGarry

Laura McGarry was most recently a Lancaster County Assistant County Solicitor representing the Lancaster County Children and Youth Social Service Agency and Office of Aging. Prior to that, Laura was Legislative Counsel at the Pennsylvania Bar Association advising PBA sections and committees on pertinent legislation and advocating the position of the PBA membership to the Pennsylvania General Assembly. Laura began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Maria Musti Cook of the York County Court of Common Pleas.

Laura is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A 2013 graduate of Penn State Law, she was awarded the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for Excellence in Advocacy. While in law school Laura was on the Executive Board of the Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation, and was a member of the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition Team, Law Lion Ambassadors, and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. Laura also served as the President of the Student Bar Association. Laura received her B.S. in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business in 2009.

Laura is a past member of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, having dedicated a year of full-time service at a maternity home and pregnancy resource center in Washington, D.C. Laura works with Russell, Krafft & Gruber's wide range of business and individual clients. She provides the same effective and personalized legal services all of the firm's clients expect and deserve.

Laura is a member of the Lancaster County Bar Association and the Junior League of Lancaster. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Penn State Law Alumni Society. Laura, her husband, Kevin, and children, Jack and Alice, reside in Lititz. They are avid Penn State Football fans and will tailgate just about any event.
