After starting his career as an Assistant Public Defender and Assistant District Attorney in Lancaster County, he founded Walmer Law Office, where he handled complex felony trials for over two decades.
In 2013, Mark shifted his focus to helping clients clear their criminal records by founding PA Pardon and Expungement Services. Now exclusively focused on pardons, expungements, and Clean Slate Law, Mark is dedicated to helping individuals move forward. He collaborates with local nonprofits and offers pro bono services at record-clearing events. His expertise also led to his selection by the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons to help develop the new online pardon application process.
