Quiet but deadly.

John read all the evidence instinctively & proceeded with a game plan that upheld the township supervisor's zoning decisions. We could not be happier with his performance and outcome. Thank you John for an exemplary job.

Review of John N. Elliott

I was part of a citizen's group resisting a zoning change that affected our community. John was very instrumental in the communications and negotiations between our group, the township, and the developer seeking the zoning change. The process of hearings, decisions, negotiations and appeals went on f...or over 5 years. John would explain things to us and present the possible approaches, and options available to us. He was always reasonable in his analysis, without dashing our hopes or raising unrealistic expectations. Thanks in large part to John's involvement, our viewpoint eventually prevailed all the way through the court system. The PA Supreme Court refused to hear the final appeal by the developer. We are very grateful for John's expertise and persistence. I would highly recommend him.

Great attorney

John Elliott did a great job on our case which included appeals all the way to the Pa Supreme Court. He was always well prepared as evidenced by his questionin of witnesses. Our opponent had a team of attorneys, but John was all we needed at every level.

The Very Best Attorney Here

I have a very unique case and sometimes even I don’t understand it completely. However, John certainly does. I trust him thoroughly. He knows the Law inside and out. My late husband found John about 7 years ago. If I need anything I call John.
