About me

I have been in practice in York since 2002 and before that time I was with Gates & Gates in Hanover, Pennsylvania. I worked with Kurt Blake for 13 years until April 2015.  As my profile states - I had a six month suspension in PA that expited December 3, 2015.  I freely admit my errors and also know  that the mismanagment of an estate case at my old firm when with Blake & Gross, LLC was the issue that should never have happened.  I had wanted to specialize in criminal defense for years as it is my passion but was unable to do so at my old firm.  Now, having developed a practice with a dear friend, Jay Whittle, Esquire, we are able to do what we love and with passion.

I am married with three daughters and am exteremely active in watching their sports and traveling interstate supporting their activities.  I enjoy being outside as much as possible and find that balancing family, work and life in general can be very rewarding as it is possible to do it all by staying centered.

I represent clients charged with criminal offenses not only in York, but in Lancaster, Dauphin and Adams Counties.    I beleive letting the client know what they will be experiencing and what the ultimate outcome may be helps to resolve matters without extensive costs and emotional toil.

Contact me and we can set up a time to meet regarding your case and you can see first hand what the plan can be for your case.  I pride myself on providing information to clients and whether I am retained or not, they leave my office knowing more than what they did when they walked in.  It is also this philosophy that makes me effective in my practice area and causes clients to choose me over others.  I would rather you know the truth then guess throughout the process.

  • Katrina Luedtke

I endorse Attorney Gross. I have known Attorney Gross throughout his legal career. I have had numerous custody and divorce cases with him as opposing counsel and always found him to be prepared for his cases, very competent and professional. I have also observed him representing his clients in the courtroom in criminal cases. Attorney Gross is a very knowledgeable and skilled litigator who genuinely cares about his clients. I refer clients to him on a regular basis. I have always received very positive feedback from those I have referred to him concerning his representation in their cases.

Suspended means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Ronald’s comment: “I have been reinstated in good standing with the PA Bar since December 3, 2015.”
