As a professional that has a very busy schedule and can't afford last minute suprises I must say. I'm very satisfied working with Ira Weinstock and Jeffrey Schott with a recent matter I got involved with an invalid subpoena was issued to testify in less than 1 business day to go to court and take care of the matter and get me the results I needed to ensure I don't have a criminal history because of someone else's negligence. THANK YOU!

Professional and Efficient
I have used Ira on multiple occasions since I was in a work related accident almost three years ago. He has always been very professional and efficient on updating me on separate cases. He knows how to deal with people and how to win cases.

Ira Weinstock review
I unfortunately injured myself while working on a construction site which resulted in hospital stay, medical bills and lost wages. I reached out to one of my co-workers who had to hire a Workers Comp firm and he referred Ira Weinstock's name to me. Calling Ira was the best decision I could have made as he instilled confidence that we would work all of this out and I couldn't have been more pleased with the final settlement. In addition to his work on this case, his staff was very professional and quite responsive.

Nicely done!
As an employee who needed representation, I found THE BEST in the state of Pennsylvania!!! Look no further and be ready to be well taken care of! I thought I had rights, yet Mr. Weinstock KNEW that I did! Case closed very swiftly and I could not be happier!!!

Inept, greedy attorney
Horrible, horrible, horrible. During my initial consultation, Weinstock spent 75% of the time taking calls from clients about other cases. Was scandalously slow in updating me about the progress of my case. Did a terrible job of accurately conveying information to me as the case proceeded. Made ridiculously bad decisions in negotiating with the other party in the case. Further evidence for the questionable ethics of this attorney can be found online by googling his name.
