An Attorney Who Cares

Attorney Weinstock has represented me in worker injury case.He was very knowledgeable of the workers compensation laws. I have permanent injuries that he made sure would be taken care of for the rest of my life. He is extremely trustworthy and honest I would highly recommend him to represent anyone... who has been injured. He genuinely cares about his clients.

Excellent attorney for a Workmans Comp

I hired Jason for a workmans comp case over 2 years ago. I worked for a pretty big company when I was injured on the job. They were cut throat and relentless in the way they handled me after my injury. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in the way that he handled case. He chipped away... at every single roadblock my company threw my way. I just found out that I won the case and I couldn't be happier with Atty Weinstock. He answered my every question, took my calls whenever I had a concern, and really did take the time to keep me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney.

Outstanding Attorney

He gets the Job done!

We just settled my workman's case for a large sum of money and I must say that Jason is a master negotiator. I was hurt in 1997 and from the very day I hired him to represent me, he was on my case that very day. I had nothing but trouble from that insurance company Jason would jump right in th...ere and he would get the problem solved. Jason worked tirelessly on my case for 17yrs. Trustworthy

Jason Weinstock did an incredible job working to get my workers' compensation case resolved. He is extremely knowledgable in every area of workers' compensation law and was always willing to explain things to me throughout the legal process. He is trustworthy and honest and was not intimidated by "l...arge corporation" antics. I truly believed that Jason had my best interests in mind at all times.
