I highly recommend this attorney. My husband was facing 4 charges that could have ended up on his background check as criminal charges, which would have cost him his job. Needless to say, we were very worried. Prior to the preliminary hearing, Alan was so supportive, always reassuring us NOT to worry.... Well- he was right - he got the DA to agree to drop ALL 4 CHARGES!!! Judge didn’t seem to happy, but charges were dropped and he plead guilty to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge!
