Alan Michael Ross

I highly recommend Alan. He’s very professional, quick, and helpful. I was in a bad financial situation that he was able to work with, and I had two separate cases. One being a small amount of marijuana and the second being a domestic violence. He was able to take care of both cases at once along wit...h being able to work along with my work schedule for court dates. He was able to get some charges dropped and the domestic dropped down to a disorderly conduct. I was very pleased with the end result, and I will be recommending Alan to anyone that asks if I know of a good attorney.

I was served with an emergency PFA by my daughters grandmother accusing me of hurting my child. Alan was on top of the case immediately as soon as we called him. He set up meetings with children and youth and police right away. His diligent work and dedication to our case had the matter solved in no... time. The grandmother withdrew her request for a PFA at our court hearing after all investigations lead to negative results. Alan went our of his way to make himself available to talk and more meet with me through the process. Not only is he the best attorney in the area, he truly cares about his clients. We were referred to Mr. Ross by another defense attorney who had recently retired. Our matter involved theft charges being brought against our son in juvenile court. Our son knew nothing about the charges and I got the run-around for two months trying to get details and a copy of the police repor...t. No one cared that our son was actually innocent. After one meeting with the JPO and two meetings with the ADA no one was listening to us or even doing their job of investigating BEFORE filing charges, all they wanted to know is whether or not he was going to take the Consent Decree ("the deal") or request a trial - that's when we hired Mr. Ross. As it turned out, another kid was caught with stolen property, charged with theft and receiving stolen property. Part of his "deal" was to tell who sold him the stolen property - he picked our son. Based on that's kid's word, charges were filed against our son. Amazingly, Mr. Ross had the whole thing cleared up and the charges withdrawn within a matter of days. He proved to the detective, the JPO and the ADA that they were wrong - all without us ever seeing a court room. I would describe Mr. Ross as aggressive and very knowledgeable of the law. His fee was very affordable and appropriate for the case. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal - even calling and texting after business hours to provide updates. I'm not one who is easily impressed but I was VERY impressed with how Mr. Ross handled this case and the outcome. I highly recommend his services.

We truly appreciate him doing his job. Alan did not make promises he could not fulfill. He started researching the case the day he was hired. He was persistent and consistent in obtaining pertinent information. He told us he would be able to get the charges dropped before the preliminary hearing. Not... only did he do that he was able to get the charges dismissed without having to appear in court. He followed up on the case until the day I was released from prison.
