Alan Michael Ross

I contacted Attorney Ross after being charged with a felony PWI regarding a medical marijuana container that was found by police in someone else's car. I wasn't living in the state of PA anymore and did not know that these charges had been filed. Alan made it possible for me to appear by phone/vide...o for court dates, which was great, but he also fought for me to get the felony charge removed. Medical marijuana laws are new and complex, but Alan was able to navigate me through this unjust charge against me. I also had a warrant for a very old charge in a different county, and he was able to handle that with me appearing virtually as well, with very minimal court costs and fines. I am so thankful that I gave him a call. He followed through on everything he said he would do. He was responsive to questions and thorough in his work representing me.

I highly recommend Alan. He’s very professional, quick, and helpful. I was in a bad financial situation that he was able to work with, and I had two separate cases. One being a small amount of marijuana and the second being a domestic violence. He was able to take care of both cases at once along wit...h being able to work along with my work schedule for court dates. He was able to get some charges dropped and the domestic dropped down to a disorderly conduct.
