Alan Michael Ross

After going through two previous attorneys to represent my son on a PWID charge, I contacted Alan Ross to take my son's case. At this point I was extremely upset and discouraged with legal representation. Thank goodness for Attorney Ross who genuinely cared about my son. Attorney Ross gave me hope. I was served with an emergency PFA by my daughters grandmother accusing me of hurting my child. Alan was on top of the case immediately as soon as we called him. Mr. Ross is a great lawyer, he always treated my case like it was his top priority! I was facing 7 charges, the Marijuana Dui being there most severe. I was not eligible for their ARD program because of a previous charge. This was very devastating because I am involved in many school activities and ...youth programs in our community as a coach and volunteer. Our son threw a water bottle out of our truck window one night and an off duty officer saw him. He followed our son and got our licence plate number. Two days later two officers came to our house and questioned us about who had our truck that day and we were honest. They said our son would recei...ve a citation in the mail. They told us that our son scattered bags of rubbish out of our truck. When we got a chance to talk to our son he said that it was one water bottle. They also said that they had a witness behind him. We later found out that that witness was his girlfriend driving behind him and they never even talk to her. When my son went to the police station to talk to them they were very rude to our son and said that he said all sorts of things that he never said. 3 days later we received several citations in the mail saying that our son did all sorts of things like driving recklessly following too closely speeding and so on. My son never did any of that and we were sure it was because he went down there to talk to them and they treated him badly because he was a young male. We hired Mr . Ross to defend our son because he was being falsely accused. Mr. Ross worked so hard on our sons case and proved that everything the officers were saying was false.
