Alan Michael Ross

I highly recommend Mr. Ross. I facing 90 days mandatory for a second offense DUI, highest tier and received a sentence of 4 months house arrest and no jail time. Our son threw a water bottle out of our truck window one night and an off duty officer saw him. He followed our son and got our licence plate number. Two days later two officers came to our house and questioned us about who had our truck that day and we were honest. They said our son would recei...ve a citation in the mail. They told us that our son scattered bags of rubbish out of our truck. When we got a chance to talk to our son he said that it was one water bottle. They also said that they had a witness behind him. We later found out that that witness was his girlfriend driving behind him and they never even talk to her. When my son went to the police station to talk to them they were very rude to our son and said that he said all sorts of things that he never said. 3 days later we received several citations in the mail saying that our son did all sorts of things like driving recklessly following too closely speeding and so on. My son never did any of that and we were sure it was because he went down there to talk to them and they treated him badly because he was a young male. We hired Mr . Ross to defend our son because he was being falsely accused. Mr. Ross worked so hard on our sons case and proved that everything the officers were saying was false. We couldn't of got through any of that without him. He was so kind and down-to-earth and treated us like he knew us his whole life. You won't go wrong in hiring him.

Attorney Ross was a godsend for me. He was able to restrain my possession charge to a fine and a short license suspension; driving is not a big deal for me. I am deeply grateful he was able to keep me off probation, though. He is a busy man, but usually responds within a day or so. Amazingly, he ...seemed far more interested in helping me than being paid; before receiving a single dollar, he was giving great advice and showed a genuine interest in aiding me. As far as his fee, it was a good bit for me, but it was absolutely worth it! I feel odd saying this about a lawyer, but I trust him. And he did not disappoint. We truly appreciate him doing his job. Alan did not make promises he could not fulfill. He started researching the case the day he was hired. He was persistent and consistent in obtaining pertinent information. He told us he would be able to get the charges dropped before the preliminary hearing. Not... only did he do that he was able to get the charges dismissed without having to appear in court. He followed up on the case until the day I was released from prison.
