An immediate need for a PFA

The need to hire an attorney for any matter of the heart or home can be very intimidating especially when you are already dealing with an overzealous amount of emotions that leave you feeling exhausted. I hired Ryan Sayler to represent me as I pursued a PFA case against my husband and couldn't be mo...re satisfied with this decision. From our first consultation, it was easy to see that Ryan was a fantastic listener. He asked questions when clarification was needed and recognized when I needed to continue explaining my story. I never felt rushed and most especially, I never felt ashamed or embarrassed of my situation. When it came time for the hearing, Ryan was thorough in every way. He explained what to expect while in the courtroom and what I should and shouldn't do. While I waited for my case to be called, Ryan frequently made it a point to communicate and provide updates. For me, this was very important and calming, because I was nervous and overwhelmed. The judge did call for a one-week continuance on my case due to the strange discourse between the defendant and his counsel. During the following days, Ryan continued to work on my case. In just three days after the continuance was called and before the rescheduled hearing, I opened an email from Ryan that said my husband agreed to the PFA and the hearing was canceled. I am so grateful that I hired Ryan and will absolutely have him serve as my attorney during the divorce.
