Review of service

Office team was very responsive I thought the lawyer would be more involved in the father not paying support as order by courts, but maybe that's how it works. Overall was good

Thanks for your feedback, and I appreciate your kind words about our office team. In Pennsylvania, support payments are collected and processed through income withholding and the State Collection and Disbursement Unit, so when there is an issue with a payment, the appropriate first step is often to have Domestic Relations confirm whether the payment was prorated or delayed in implementation or collection. If there is noncompliance or ineffective withholding, additional enforcement options can then be pursued. I would be glad to follow up with you by phone to discuss your concerns further!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
