Successfully argued a Motion to Compel Discovery and was awarded attorney's fees. The opposing party had been evasive and non-compliant throughout the divorce case and had refused to engage in discover ... y. My client was disadvantaged due to the lack of transperency with financial documentation, however; the Judge was persuaded by our Motion to Compel and our argument at the presentation of that motion. My client was awarded attorney's fees and the opposing party was ordered to turn over the requested documents.
