Shannon N. Costa focuses her practice on family law and criminal defense. Jones III and for the Honorable Judge Martin C. Carlson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Shannon graduated first in her division and summa cum laude from Widener Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, with a certificate in Trial Advocacy, in 2021. She received the Dean’s Award, the Legal Research and Writing Award, the Outstanding Service Award, and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. She also graduated summa cum laude from Susquehanna University in 2018. She has three publications in Law Review journals.
She is from Halifax, lives in Carlisle and, when she isn’t working, enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs — Theodore and Grizzly.
