I hired Shannon for a child abuse case that I had been indicated on. I only one chance at an appeal due to holding a professional license with the state and the situation was clearly not an abuse. During the entire appeal process Shannon explained everything to me and let me know what my options were.... At one point in time CYA tried to change the ruling to Founded until the Judge basically told them they didn’t meet the criteria for this. They finally scheduled a hearing for my appeal after giving me the run around and 15 days before the hearing Shannon let me know that CYA dropped everything. I attribute this to Shannon and her hard work to make sure that my appeal reasons were solid and making sure that CYA knew they couldn’t just sweep me under the rug and do whatever they wanted to me. She even emailed back and forth with me about my appeal reasons while she was on the start of her vacation to make sure it got turned in on time and correctly. I cannot say enough good things about her and her fees were very reasonable.
