Stephanie L. Cesare is a Partner with Abom & Kutulakis, L.L.C. focusing her legal practice primarily on State and Federal criminal law. Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie worked at the Cumberland County Public Defender Office as a Senior Assistant Public Defender where she represented indigent criminal defendants charged with crimes ranging from summary offenses to serious felonies, including DUI, drug crimes, sex crimes, aggravated assault, robbery, burglary, arson, and others. She was also appointed by the Public Defender Office to represent all clients eligible for Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas Adult Drug Treatment Court, which provides participants an opportunity to pursue treatment for their addiction(s) while productively addressing associated legal problems.
