We obtained good results from skilled attorneys, Heather Orisko and Patrick Lauer. They were wonderful with their communication & responsiveness. We would not hesitate to recommend or hire them again, if needed. Our daughter received her first and only traffic ticket for a high rate of speed on a... PA highway. We made the mistake of advising her to pay the large fine thinking that would be punishment enough. Later we realize by paying the ticket, it was actually admitting to a guilty conviction, leading to even greater consequences with insurance, points, and possible suspension. Thank goodness the Law Offices of Patrick Lauer came to our rescue and represented us. They were able to negotiate a plea to reduce the speed of the infraction. The plea also help us avoid making the trip from out of state. Both attorneys worked together to negotiate on our daughter’s behalf. Heather answered my endless questions about options and the various procedures through phone calls and email. She even gave me tips on local hotels and parking for court house. Patrick was quick and to the point while on the other line with the DA’s office, then he called back to follow up. They are an amazing team. Nice people, great service! Our only regret was that we didn’t contact them sooner!!

Attorney Lauer is amazing. I was facing one year probation, but he ended up getting me off with just a fine. I accepted patrick as my attorney in 2014 for aggravated assault against a police officer patrick hardly answered my phone calls after recieving payment he came to court disheveled he had nothing of value to offer in terms of questioning during preliminary he did not try to use facts that could help ...my situation that would have helped such as the statement the officer offered that was not reiterated on the stand do not hire this lawyer for any criminal matter not involving dui

I was arrested in the end of 2016 for assault that was nonviolent or physical. I have used Patrick Lauer in the past with positive results. I have not used pat in about 7 years. My experience with Patrick was terrible this time. He is definitely not the attorney he used to be. As a license professio...nal in health in PA I would say Patrick has some type of issues in his life he needs to deal with. He is arrogant and rude to the point. He is worthless in court and wants to take the easiest route to get him paid and do the least amount of work he has to do. I talked to a local police officer who advised against Patrick Lauer who stated Pat used to be good, but now just turns the courtroom into a circus. Even the way Patrick dresses now is extremely bizarre and extremely unprofessional. I ended up leaving Pat losing money and getting a better attorney. My new attorney a lot cheaper stayed in touch with the DA and got my charges reduced to summary infractions, which pat said was not possible. I have to say I used to really like Patrick, but at his older age he had become very incompetent and senile. I would never give Patrick even $5 to help me unless to wash my car off. Please don't waste time or money on Pat. He is money hungry and worthless. His secretary is very rude too.

I had a huge legal mess that was dumped on my lap. I'm just a regular blue collar law abiding citizen that got caught up in a contract I didn't understand. Funny how a lie and lack of evidence can start a snow ball effect to destroy a good man's name and life. I was 100% confused and over whelmed with all the legal jargon and steps that needed to be taken. I even had court dates all mixed up as well. Mr. Lauer took the necessary steps to be patient with me and explain it all in elementary terms. The out come in both matters have been settled so I can go on about my life.
