Trust me when I say that Marc is the man you want representing you. The most honest, sincere, and personally invested attourney in State College. When the bigger names in the business turned me away because they were too busy, Marc not only took my case, he spent hours of his time, in person, working... with me. I was arrested in the State College area in December 2014. With no one else to call, I contacted Attorney Decker from the Centre County Prison at probably 2-3 am on a Saturday. Attorney Decker came to the prison at that early hour to aid me in accomplishing the necessary steps to be released. Attorne...y Decker took ample time to explain the possible outcomes to me and was very patient with me as I asked a number of questions. When charges were filed, Attorney Decker explained to me what everything meant and informed me of when I would have to be present at the Centre County Courthouse. One of the possible outcomes we discussed was ARD, which I had received for a different offense approximately 5 years earlier. Attorney Decker was very candid in explaining that the likelihood I would be granted ARD a second time was highly unlikely, but he would file the paperwork and discuss the possibility with the Assistant District Attorney. We filed the application for ARD and Attorney Decker said he would contact me when he had further information. When he received my approval application in the mail, Attorney Decker contacted me immediately and explained that I was accepted into ARD and informed me of my next steps. Even now, as I participate in the ARD program, Attorney Decker remains in contact to ensure that I am following the guidelines set out for me, and he has helped me keep track of all of the required paperwork and correspondence to ensure that the charges are expunged at the end of my twelve month probationary period. I have met a number of attorneys in my life and I find Attorney Decker to be one of the kindest, most honest, and candid individuals I have dealt with. If I ever have another legal issue I need to deal with, I will most certainly contact Attorney Decker to assist me in navigating the confusing legal landscape.
