Great lawyer. I can see why he has all positive reviews. He will answer calls and he doesn’t judge. He realizes people are human and make errors. I would recommend him for duis, or alcohol related criminal offenses. As he has helped me with poor drunk decisions that led me into legal trouble. ... But he has helped me tremendously. He is extremely well versed in the law. His prices are great compared to lawyers with his experience and results. He won’t try to take you to the bank, and will not take your money and run, never to answer a call. He also won’t lead you like a blind sheep into the courts and get hammered. He will work what’s best for your case, whether it’s a guilty plea, or a trial. I will hire him again, ( hopefully I won’t need to), but I would recommend. I have good friends that are lawyers and not as witty as this guy. I would hire him. And I give good, and bad reviews on here, and he is one of the good. He will answer you right back, I would recommend to anyone in the center county center pa region.

Marc had represented me in a DUI license suspension. I was awaiting my OLL from PennDot and even though I hadn't received my camera card I thought I was ok to drive to my job since my information from Penn dot was on the way. I was pulled over on my way to work and was completely devastated. I am a s...ubstitute teacher and not having a license is very hard With my type of job. After being pulled over I knew I needed immediate representation for my case . I could have went to jail for this offense. Marc was excellent when he represented me in court . He made sure all the paperwork that was needed was in place and he was very professional with the judge and the officer. He knew that being a mother of two kids , a teacher and a part time waitress that I could not go to jail for this mistake . He was excellent !! As a result I served no jail time , no house arrest, and my license was suspension never got extended which I thought was going to happen anyway. I walked away paying a $25 fine plus court costs . I was very fortunate and lucky and would recommend Marc to represent you . He will definitely make it worth your while !!

If you are in need of an attorney, Marc is an exceptional one at that and highly recommended. Not only is he extremely educated in regards to the judicial system, he takes the time to sit with you and explain the processes/steps necessary. I was extremely nervous the outcome after having been convict...ed of a DUI in the spring of 2014, however Marc handled the case with the upmost respect and professionalism. Furthermore, my DUI is now expunged off my record and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. He is a candid human being and as previously mentioned HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!!
