I was arrested in the State College area in December 2014. With no one else to call, I contacted Attorney Decker from the Centre County Prison at probably 2-3 am on a Saturday. Attorney Decker came to the prison at that early hour to aid me in accomplishing the necessary steps to be released. Even now, as I participate in the ARD program, Attorney Decker remains in contact to ensure that I am following the guidelines set out for me, and he has helped me keep track of all of the required paperwork and correspondence to ensure that the charges are expunged at the end of my twelve month probationary period. I have met a number of attorneys in my life and I find Attorney Decker to be one of the kindest, most honest, and candid individuals I have dealt with. If I ever have another legal issue I need to deal with, I will most certainly contact Attorney Decker to assist me in navigating the confusing legal landscape.
